Welcome to My Care Services

My name is Charlotte Soloman, and I am dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in the community. With many years of experience in health, social care, advocacy, and holistic wellbeing, I understand that every person has unique needs, preferences, and goals. My approach is built on compassion, respect, and professionalism, ensuring that those I support feel valued, safe, and empowered.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Dementia from the University of Hull, which has deepened my knowledge and expertise in supporting individuals and families affected by dementia. Alongside this, I have worked in a variety of roles including Private Carer, Group Facilitator, Mental Health Advocate, and Holistic Therapist. These experiences have given me the skills to provide both practical care and emotional support, as well as to design activities and wellbeing sessions that promote independence, dignity, and confidence.

My services are flexible and tailored to the individual, whether that means supporting with daily living tasks, accompanying clients to appointments, offering companionship, or providing therapeutic activities to improve overall wellbeing.

At the heart of my care is a simple belief: everyone deserves to live with dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
